A Healthy You

The key to happiness; don’t live above your mean, be grateful for what you have. We all can find something to be grateful for; like health, a great husband, a wonderful friend, a kind neighbor or a comfortable home.

Don’t worry about the things you can’t control; for example, someone cut you in traffic on your way to work, you couldn’t control what he did, but you can control your reaction to it. Take a big breath; say something like, I have enough time to get to where I am going. You seem to be in hurry, you go ahead. Personally, what I do sometimes if someone driving too close behind my car I realize she may be in a rush I just pull over and let her go.

Be positive, and think positively. For example, you have been trying to lose weight for some time. You may feel you are not where wanted to be. Instead of beating your self up saying you will never lose that weight. It taking too long and get discourage. You may say something like; I can and will do this. I lose 10 pound in a year I look and feel great, when I lose that extra 20 pound I will look even better.

Try to make healthy food choices here and there is possible, and if one day you made bad choices it okay. It is not the end of the world just make sure to change gear to healthy choices.

I want to hear from you!
