Today is a beautiful, and I like to encourage you to slow down a bit. Go do something you have never done before ‘note, something practical’ such as stepping outside for a breath of fresh air. Perhaps, you are on your lunch break at work, take five minutes go out for a walk. You will feel better when you get back.
May be you are a stay home mother with many responsibilities, and the children are not making thing easier by misbehaving, and screaming, just pose for a second, and laugh.
Laughter is the best medicine for the body, and there is an article on that Laughter; The Best Medicine where Dr.Miller prescribed laughter and exercise. He says, “Thirty minutes of exercise three times a week, and 15 minutes of laughter on a daily basis is probably good for the vascular system.”
